Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026.
By using evergreenthai.com, you agree to these terms, which are set by Evergreen Thai Kitchen & Bar.
Menu, prices, and availability
We work to keep menus, prices, hours, and delivery details accurate, but they can change. Call us if a detail matters for your plans.
Catering quotes and orders
Prices and menu plans shown by our online catering planner are estimates until the restaurant confirms your order. Timing, delivery, any deposit, and any changes are agreed when we confirm.
Allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs before you order. Our kitchen is shared and handles nuts, egg, and seafood, so please call us about severe allergies. Our FAQs describe our halal sourcing.
Other websites
Links to delivery platforms, social networks, and partners lead to services we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply.
