Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated November 4, 2026.
This policy explains how Evergreen Thai Kitchen & Bar ("we") handles personal information collected through evergreenthai.com. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA.
What we collect
- Catering and inquiry forms: your name, phone, email, event details, delivery address, dietary and allergy notes, and your message.
- Job applications: your name, phone, email, position, answers, and resume.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser details, and how you reached the site, such as a referring website or ad campaign. Our forms record that traffic source with your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, prepare and deliver orders, review job applications, prevent spam and abuse, and understand which marketing brings us customers. We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
We share information only as needed with service providers that run parts of our site and business:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, form processing, data storage, and spam protection
- Resend and Google, for email and order records
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, for site measurement and advertising
- Our marketing and web support providers, who may receive copies of form submissions to maintain these systems
- Online ordering and delivery platforms you choose to use, which handle your order under their own privacy policies
Some of these providers may process information outside Canada.
Cookies and browser storage
Our site and these providers use cookies and browser storage to measure visits, remember how you arrived, and measure advertising. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. Some site features may then work differently.
How long we keep it
We keep order and inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements. Stored job application answers are deleted from our form database after 30 days. Applications sent to us by email, including resumes, stay in our mailbox.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing [email protected] or writing to us at 175 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M5G 1C7.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
